Internet portal with web address https://www.profiexpats.com (further as „Profi Expats“) ensures the reciprocal exchange of information between specific users of the portal. Profi Expats is operated by Nicolas Griss-Trempe, with registered office at Francouzská 554/15, Prague 2, 12000, Company ID 05834716. The owner of the portal in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll. on copyright and rights related to copyright, is entitled to exercise property rights to these web sites. Modifications
Profi Expats reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at Profi Expats’s sole discretion. The most recent version of this Agreement will be posted on the Profi Expats website. As a User it is your sole responsibility to keep yourself apprised of any such modifications or amendments.
Copyrights and the use of Profi Expats
Portal Profi Expats purpose is the exchange of information in order to offer, process and mediate financial services. The individual person or legal entity who fills in any of the forms on the Profi Expats portal becomes the user of the Profi Expats portal (also referred to as the “User”).
The user has the right to use the internal messaging portal system for communication with his assigned specialist or specialists to obtain information, offer or mediation of financial services. The user is expressly forbidden to upload any files that are in violation of the law or copyrights or other third party rights, or such files as may harm the internal system of the Profi Expats portal, or otherwise interfere with any internal system of the Profi Expats portal.
Privacy Policy
Personal data provided on the Profi Expats portal as well as personal data stored in the internal system of the Profi Expats are stored and handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Law 101/2000 Coll., on the personal data protection.
The user agrees that the information provided in the registration form and the internal system of the Profi Expats portal will be processed by the Profi Expats portal in order to enable the necessary communication used to obtain information, offer or mediation of financial services.
In accordance with § 5 of Act No. 101/2000 coll. on the protection of personal data, all data contained in the forms are collected and processed solely for the purpose of sending commercial communications to the data subject through electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., until the data subject directly and effectively sends information to the administrator, that he does not want his business information to be kept by the administrator.
Users may terminate use of the Profi Expats website and can apply in a written form to amend or delete their personal data.

Governing Law
Users of Profi Expats portal are obliged to abide by applicable laws of the Czech Republic, act in accordance with good manners and adhere to these general terms and conditions of the Profi Expats portal.
